AMC Fitness provide high quality mixed group fitness Circuit Training, Body Conditioning and Boxercise® classes in West Lothian and one on one personal training for that additional focus.
Participating in group fitness is a hugely effective method of physical training. As part of a group you will always push yourself that bit harder. You will receive motivation not only from your instructor but from others within the group; this will help you stay focused on your goals.
- - Station based Circuit Training working on strength and endurance.
- - Low impact Body Conditioning working on muscle tone, definition and core stability.
- - Boxercise® combines the best of Circuit Training with stress busting boxing moves.
- - Personal Training combines the motivation and enthusiasm of the personal trainer with goals and techniques uniquely tailered to the client.
All our instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals, with current insurance and PPL's.
