AMC Fitness provide high quality mixed group fitness Circuit Training, Body Conditioning and Boxercise® classes in West Lothian.
Participating in group fitness is a hugely effective method of physical training. As part of a group you will always push yourself that bit harder. You will receive motivation not only from your instructor but from others within the group; this will help you stay focused on your goals.
- - Station based Circuit Training working on strength and endurance.
- - Low impact Body Conditioning working on muscle tone, definition and core stability.
- - Boxercise® combines the best of Circuit Training with stress busting boxing moves.
All our instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals, with current insurance and PPL's.
